The Book · 2026

Corporate loyalty died. You didn’t.

After 20 years as the model employee, a one-minute phone call ended it all — and revealed something that had already been hollow. This book is the map back to a self-authored life, written by someone who walked it.

After 30 years turning other companies’ technology into revenue, I’m doing it on my own terms — and helping others do the same.

Four doors, one house

The layoff didn’t destroy something real. It revealed something that had already been hollow.

I spent twenty years at HP and HPE as the model employee — 266% of target one year, 62 unused vacation days, voluntary pay cuts when the company needed them. In December 2024, it ended in under a minute. What collapsed wasn’t a job. It was the scaffolding I’d used to answer “who am I?” Six months later, I was healthier and happier than I had been in years — and building for the first time in my life something with my own name on it: a book, a company, and a second act on my own terms.

What I write and work on

Reinvention after corporate life

The book’s territory. Layoffs, identity, and the self-authored second act — for the hundreds of thousands who’ve had the same phone call.

Practical AI for real businesses

Enterprise-grade AI judgment made usable for small and mid-market companies. Delivered through Yournology — the advisory practice I founded.

The US–LatAm bridge

Thirty years of bilingual, bicultural enterprise fluency across both markets. For US companies expanding into Latin America intelligently.

The expedition log

One essay at a time on reinvention, practical AI, and building a second act with receipts. No noise, no hustle-culture spam.
